Injured Unidentified Man Dropped Off at Hospital

Middletown Police are trying to identify a young man who was dropped off unconscious at the Atrium Medical Center Sunday morning.

He is described as a black male about 14 to 16 years old with a tattoo of "Self" on his right forearm and "Made" on his left forearm.

He was dropped off by two men, the first described as a white male bald, large build, wearing a teal t-shirt. The second is described as a white male with facial hair, thinner build, wearing a black hoodie and a black hat.

The men were seen driving a black, Dodge truck possibly a Dakota type with no tailgate and a bed liner. The truck has fading paint on the top and has a possible temporary registration.

The John Doe is currently in critical condition at Miami Valley Hospital.
