(Cincinnati, Oh.)--The man accused of shooting and injuring a University of Cincinnati student, was indicted on Sunday for aggravated murder charges, from a separate case.
Michael Davis, 19, has been indicted on felony charges of aggravated robbery and attempted murder, in the robbery and shooting death of Curron Jones in Avondale on Jan. 7.
Davis is also accused of shooting and injuring a University of Cincinnati student during a street robbery in February in the 2700 block of Jefferson Avenue. He was indicted on charges of aggravated robbery, felonious assault, illegally having a weapon due to a previous conviction and carrying a concealed weapon.
