(Covington)--An Anderson Ferry crew member has been taken to UC Medical Center after he was pulled from the Ohio River Tuesday afternoon.
The 82-year-old man was not wearing a life jacket when he went into the water, his condition is currently unknown but firefighters on the scene reportedly said he had life-threatening injuries.
The man was working as a deckhand for the Anderson Ferry when he fell into the frigid river around 2:30 p.m. It is unknown how he fell. His name has not been released.
